During my time at Recurly, I was tasked with designing the visual identity for "Subscription Sessions: Combatting Churn," an event dedicated to helping subscription businesses tackle customer churn and improve retention. As part of the broader Subscription Sessions series, this event focused on providing actionable strategies to address one of the biggest challenges in the subscription economy.
It was important that these sub-events had a unique visual identity while staying consistent with the overall Subscription Sessions brand. This included developing new layouts, color scheme, promotional materials, and digital assets for various platforms, helping to engage and inform attendees across all touchpoints.
